We're building the scheduling software professionals actually deserve
Fluentive started from a simple frustration: most scheduling tools are either too complex, too expensive, or designed for the wrong kind of business. We're changing that.
Give every small business the tools of a large one
Enterprise software is powerful but bloated and expensive. Consumer apps are cheap but not professional enough. Fluentive sits in the middle — a professional-grade platform that's genuinely simple to use and priced for real businesses.
We believe that a doctor, a hair salon, a personal trainer, or a five-person consultancy should have access to the same quality of scheduling and client management tools as a Fortune 500 company — without needing an IT department to run it.
"Professional tools. Human simplicity."
— The Fluentive Principle
What guides everything we build
Simplicity First
Every feature we build must be immediately understandable. If it requires a manual or training session, we redesign it. Simplicity is not a constraint — it's the product.
Privacy by Design
We collect only what we need. Your data is yours. We never sell it, never share it without consent, and we build every feature with privacy as a non-negotiable starting point.
Built for Real People
We build for the physiotherapist, the salon owner, the small business owner. Not abstract enterprise "personas." Real feedback from real users drives every product decision we make.
Continuous Improvement
We ship fast and we ship often. We believe in getting real features into the hands of users quickly, listening to feedback, and iterating constantly to make the product better.
Where Fluentive came from
We're a small Greek software team who've spent years selling software products and constructing custom software. One of these software products is Organizer which is the predecessor of Fluentive. It has been used by hundreds of customers and is applied to a huge variety of professions like doctors, dentists, psychiatrists, hair & nail salons, lawyers, civil engineers, electricians, construction companies, merchants, security companies, courier and many others. We have learned a lot from our customers and we have decided to build a new product that combines all learnings from real people running businesses or teams.
So we're building something new: a micro-CRM that feels light, friendly, and fast, it is generic, fully customizable and can be applied to almost any profession, but powerful enough to manage your clients and time with ease.
After working with many customers, we've seen the same pattern: their priority is growing their business, not becoming software experts or project managers. They don't have hours to spend configuring complex systems or reading manuals—they just need something simple that works. Our micro-CRM is built specifically to solve this problem.
Fluentive was born out of a very specific frustration: watching small business owners waste hours every week on scheduling, appointment tracking, and client follow-ups — using a combination of spreadsheets, WhatsApp, paper notebooks, and whatever calendar app came free with their phone.
The existing solutions like enterprise CRMs were overbuilt and wildly expensive. Generic calendar apps lacked the client management layer. So we set out to build something better. Something that felt as polished as the tools big companies use, but as simple as the apps people use in their personal life. Something that a doctor, a salon owner, or a freelance consultant could pick up and use on day one — without reading a single page of documentation.
Fluentive is the result of that effort. We're early, we're growing, and we're deeply committed to the professionals who use us every day.
